Gunnar Prien

With his great 115 lb. Halibut caught on August 30 th. As Gunnar partnered with Willy Pauly on the day Willy caught our largest halibut of the season. Not wanting to be out done, Gunnar kept at it until he was successful. As our policy is to call in for assistance ( with very large Halibut ) I made my way to assist in the boating. After assessing the size and explaining the procedure Gunnar had his Barn Door Halibut. These folks like halibut fishing! Last year Gunnar caught a 112 lb. trophy, and Willy's was 102 lbs. These can be seen on our 2012 TROPHY ROOM.
